Intuitive is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to lead the technical implementation of digital solutions across hospital systems, from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability, partnering with regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders to advance implementation of new and upgrades to existing digital solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations—data flow, network topology diagrams, product overviews—to accelerate approval.
• Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for repeatable deployments at enterprise or hospital levels.
• Prepare Field Service and partner teams for first-time success through accurate documentation and validated configurations.
• Support post-go-live digital solution adoption to sustain value and customer confidence.
