Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to drive implementation of digital solutions across regional IDNs and hospitals from pre-sales readiness to activation and sustainment.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex data flows and network topologies into clear presentations for clinical and IT stakeholders. Travel up to 25% and remote-friendly.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsibilities

Strategic account engagement with regional IDNs and hospitals.
Navigate hospital technology adoption through governance and data flows.
Develop standardized implementation processes for deployment of Intuitive products.
Enable downstream success and post-go-live digital relationship management.
Elevate digital product feedback to influence roadmap.
