Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare.
• 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of technical individuals.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, on-premise infrastructure, networking infrastructure, healthcare data security, and EMR/PACS interfaces.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

• Reinforce clear performance expectations, enable team execution, remove barriers to success, and foster collaboration across internal stakeholders and hospital IT ecosystems.
• Communicate with clarity, prepare with rigor, align cross-functionally, validate technical readiness, and take extreme ownership through solution adoption.
• Build trusting relationships with hospital technical stakeholders to enable Voice of Customer engagements with product management and guide product alignment with real-world operational requirements.
