• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage regional IDNs and hospital IT to advance deployment of new and upgraded digital solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, data flow diagrams, and network topology to accelerate approvals.
• Develop standardized implementation processes for repeatable deployment at enterprise or local hospital levels.
• Prepare Field Service teams for go-live with accurate documentation and validated configurations.
• Support post-go-live digital solution adoption to sustain value for customers.
