Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to implement and sustain digital solutions across hospital systems. You will lead technical activation from pre-sales readiness through long-term sustainability, acting as a trusted advisor with strong continuous learning skills.

This role requires deep technical aptitude, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution to drive digital activation excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsibilities

• Partner with capital sales and Digital Sales Reps to engage regional IDNs and hospital-level IT stakeholders to advance implementation of digital solutions.
• Deliver technical product overviews, data flow, and network topology diagrams to accelerate approval and prioritization.
• Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for repeatable deployment of Intuitive products at enterprise or hospital levels.
• Prepare Field Service and partner teams for first-time success through accurate documentation and validated configurations.
• Support post-go-live digital solution adoption and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure value realization.
