Intuitive is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to lead the technical implementation of digital solutions across regional IDNs and hospitals. You will engage with customers from pre-sales to activation, ensuring smooth go-lives and sustained value.

The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication across clinical, operational, and technical teams, and a willingness to continuously learn in a fast-evolving healthcare tech environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Account Engagement with regional IDNs and hospital IT stakeholders.
• Lead technical implementation from pre-sales readiness to activation and post-go-live.
• Develop standardized implementation processes and repeatable deployment methods.
• Enable downstream success with documentation, configurations, and timely communication.
• Provide post-go-live digital relationship management and feedback to leadership.
