Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to drive the implementation of digital solutions across hospital systems, from pre-sales readiness to activation and ongoing sustainability. You will collaborate with regional IDNs and hospital IT teams, delivering technical clarity to accelerate trust and approvals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Intuitive’s digital solutions across hospital systems and IDNs from pre-sales readiness through activation and long-term sustainability.
• Engage with customer technical review boards, governance, and networking teams with compelling technical presentations to accelerate approval.
• Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for repeatable deployments at enterprise or hospital levels.
• Prepare Field Service teams and partner functions for first-time success through accurate documentation and timely communication.
• Support post-go-live digital solution adoption to protect customer confidence and long-term value.
