Intuitive Surgical, Inc. seeks a Technical Solution Consultant to implement and sustain digital solutions across hospital systems.

You will lead technical activation from pre-sales readiness through successful deployment, collaborating with IDNs, hospitals, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure digital implementations. The role requires strategic engagement, governance navigation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, IT consulting, or digital within healthcare.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, healthcare data security, and networking infrastructure.
• Experience with account management or direct collaboration with capital sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders - operational, clinical, and technical.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Engagement: Partner directly with Multiport, Single Port, Endoluminal capital teams and Digital Sales Reps to identify, engage, and establish trusted long-term relationships with regional IDNs and hospital IT and digital stakeholders to advance implementation of new and upgrades to existing digital solutions.
• Navigate the Hospital Technology Adoption Journey: Own the process of engaging with customer technical review boards, data and AI governance, and networking teams. Deliver compelling technical presentations–including technical product overviews, data flow, and network topology diagrams -to accelerate approval and prioritization.
• Performance Accountability: Develop and maintain standardized implementation processes for aligned customers to define repeatable processes for operationalizing efficient deployment of Intuitive products at the enterprise or local hospital levels.
• Reality: Enable Downstream Success by preparing Field Service teams and partner functions for first-time success through accurate documentation and timely communication during go-live and adoption.
• Leadership: Elevate Digital Product Feedback by synthesizing field learnings and customer input to influence roadmap and remove barriers.
• Continuous Improvement / Creativity: Identify personal skill gaps, pursue ongoing learning in relevant technologies, and share best practices to elevate team performance.
