Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cycle, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company and work directly with the CFO and founders to support decision making.

The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling, and an ability to translate complex data into executive insights. Flexible, hybrid work may be available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally with 2+ years in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high‑growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based operating models, three‑statement mechanics, scenario and sensitivity analysis, GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand with new products and lines.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end‑to‑end with cadence, assumptions, inputs, and consolidated plan.
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis; explain movement relative to plan and prior periods.
• Write executive narratives translating results into insights for CFO, founders, board and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and translate numbers into decisions.
• Support the team in evaluating and implementing a planning system and roll it out.
