Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to build and own the driver-based operating model, budgeting, and forecasting. You will partner with functional leaders and report to the VP of Finance, influencing decisions across multiple product lines and markets.

You will be the analytical partner for opportunities, translating complex analyses into clear executive narratives and leading regular business reviews. Strong finance background with startup or high-growth experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based operating models, three-statement mechanics, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and GAAP.
• Experience with unit economics and building financial processes from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand it for new products and lines.
• Run the annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence, assumptions, and stakeholder inputs.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecast cycles and variance analysis for the executive team.
• Translate results into clear business insights for executives and investors.
