Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, budgeting, and long-range planning. You will partner with leaders across the company, report to the VP of Finance, and work closely with the CFO and founders to build scalable financial analysis.

You will drive driver-based models, monitor CAC/LTV, and translate results into actionable business insights for executives and investors. Remote-friendly, with US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, with 2+ years in high-growth roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling: driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, retention, margin.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle; plan annual budget and long-range plan.
• Develop driver-based models for new products, verticals, channels, and partnerships.
• Explain results to CFO, founders, and board with concise narratives.
• Lead monthly business reviews and advocate data-driven decisions.
• Support evaluation and rollout of planning systems and tooling.
