Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to steer investments and reporting.

The role requires driving end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and executive storytelling for growth across markets. You will build financial models for new opportunities, monitor CAC/LTV and margins, and support corporate development as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/FP&A
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field
• Strong financial modeling, driver-based planning, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and GAAP knowledge
• Experience with unit economics in a consumer or marketplace business (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, margins)
• Startup or high-growth experience; building financial processes from scratch is a plus
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation

Aufgaben

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new product lines
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence and assumptions
• Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis after close
• Write executive narrative translating results for CFO, founders, board, and investors
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and decisions
• Support the team in evaluating and implementing a planning system
• Build the financial case for new opportunities: size market, model economics, assess capital
• Read results versus case and monitor unit economics like CAC, LTV, payback, margins
• Support corporate development: diligence, modeling, and transaction analysis as needed
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions and refine comparison frameworks
• Underwrite vendor spend and provide visibility to budget owners
