Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the operating model, planning cadence, and spend discipline across the company. You will partner with functional leaders, CFO, and founders to build robust analysis supporting strategic decisions.

In this role, you will drive driver-based models for new products and lines, manage budgets and long-range plans, and provide clear, externally presentable insights to executives. Remote-friendly in many roles with HQ offices in multiple cities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar quantitative field.
Strong financial modeling and driver-based analysis experience.
Experience translating complex data into clear executive narratives.

Responsibilities

Own Jerry's driver-based operating model for the base business and expand for new products.
Run annual budget and long-range planning with assumptions and stakeholder inputs.
Own monthly/quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis with explainers.
Write executive narratives for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
Support planning system evaluation, recommendations, and rollout.
