Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model for the base business as it scales into new products and lines. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and cross-functional leaders to translate numbers into strategic actions and drive forecasting rigor.

In this role, you will build robust financial models, assess new opportunities, and prepare the company to withstand external diligence, guiding monthly reviews and shaping the financial narrative for

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A, incl. investment banking or private equity background plus high-growth FP&A

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand it as new products and lines are launched.
• Explain movements against plan after accounting closes and link to forecast.
• Translate financial results into insights for the CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and drive data-based decisions.
• Build the business case for new opportunities, products, verticals, channels or partnerships.
