Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and lead planning across the company. You will partner with functional leaders, CFO, and founders to assess opportunities and drive financial strategy.

You will translate complex analyses into clear business insights, lead monthly reviews, and build finance cases for new products and partnerships, enabling data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years relevant experience; 2+ years at IB/ corporate development/PE plus 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at high-growth company.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similarly quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills: driver-based models, three-statement mechanics, scenario/sensitivity analysis and GAAP.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer or marketplace businesses (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, contribution margin).
• Ability to translate complex analysis into a clear executive/investor narrative.
• Startup or high-growth experience; building financial processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation.
• Insurance/insurtech/fintech/marketplace experience; finance tech stack (NetSuite, Ramp, planning tools).

• Own driver-based operating model for base business; expand for new products and lines.
• Explain variances after accounting closes and relate to forecast.
• Translate results into insights for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Build financial cases and models for new product/vertical/channel/partnerships.
• Frame build/buy/partner decisions; refine evaluation frameworks and ROI.
• Develop budgets and give owners visibility to manage numbers.
