Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and the planning cycle for the base business and new product lines. You will partner with finance and functional leaders, driving disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills including driver-based models and three-statement mechanics.
• Experience with unit economics, CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Run the annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis.
• Write executive narratives translating results for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews and partner with functional leaders.
