Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and planning cycle, partnering with leaders across the company. You will work with the CFO and founders to translate results into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The role involves building financial models for new products, channels and partnerships, and leading monthly business reviews to drive outcomes, with equity opportunities in a fast‑growth fintech environment.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining 2+ years in investment banking, corporate development or private equity with 2+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities

Own the driver-based operating model for the base business and expand as new products launch.
Explain movements vs plan and prior period after close and relate to forecast.
Translate financial results into clear business insights for CFO, founders, board, and investors.
Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders and drive data-informed decisions.
Build financial cases for new opportunities and models for new products, verticals, channels, or partnerships.
Frame build/buy/partner decisions and refine decision frameworks.
