Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and the planning cycle as the company expands into new markets and products. You will partner with functional leaders and work closely with the CFO and founders to deliver rigorous analytics and strategic insights.

You will lead the monthly and quarterly forecast cadence, explain variances, and frame the business case for new opportunities, including vendor and planning-system evaluations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A, with high-growth exposure.
• Experience in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity is a plus.
• Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred, with ability to build processes from scratch.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools for analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end-to-end with cadence and assumptions.
• Own monthly and quarterly forecast cycle and variance analysis post-close.
• Write executive narrative translating results for CFO and founders.
