Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and lead the planning cycle across product, verticals and channels. You will partner with the CFO, founders, and functional leaders to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Report to the VP of Finance, collaborate on new opportunities, and build finance processes that scale with our growth while supporting external diligence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance/FP&A experience, including growth contexts.
• 2+ years in investment banking, corporate development or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance at high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar field.
• Strong financial modeling and driver-based operating models.
• Experience with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, cohort retention, margin).
• Startup/fast-growth finance process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Explain variances vs plan after month-end close.
• Translate results into insights for CFO, founders, board, investors.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders.
• Build business cases for new opportunities and partnerships.
• Model finance for new product/vertical/channel/partnership.
• Assist build/buy/partner decision frameworks and negotiations.
• Provide visibility to budget owners and drive decision-making.
