Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and planning cycle. You will partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO to translate numbers into strategic decisions and support new opportunities as the company expands into home, motorcycle, and other assets.

You will build and maintain financial models, run monthly reviews, and craft narratives for executives and investors, while helping shape the company’s budget and long-term forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar quantitative field.
• 5+ years of FP&A/Strategic Finance experience in high-growth environment.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis skills.
• Experience with unit economics in consumer/ marketplace businesses.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into executive-ready narratives.
• Startup/scale-up experience; building processes from scratch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own driver-based operating model for base business and new products.
• Lead monthly business reviews with functional leaders; translate numbers into decisions.
• Build the financial case for new opportunities, products, channels or partnerships.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new products/lines; monitor CAC, LTV, payback, retention, margins.
• Explain variances vs plan and forecast to CFO and founders; support external diligence.
