Job summary

Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model and the planning cycle. You will partner with leaders across the company and work closely with the CFO and founders to build the analysis that informs decisions on products, verticals, channels, and partnerships.

You’ll lead budget, forecasting, and monthly reviews, translate results into actionable insights, and help frame build/buy/partner decisions while supporting corporate development as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or FP&A at a high-growth company.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and forecast cycle for base business and new products.
• Run annual budget and long-range planning end to end with stakeholder input.
• Explain movements against plan with variance analysis after monthly closes.
• Translate financial results into clear business insights for executives.
