Jerry.ai is hiring a Strategic Finance Manager to own the driver-based operating model, the planning cadence, and the spend discipline that powers the business. You will partner with functional leaders across the company and report to the VP of Finance, guiding budgeting, long-range planning, and the monthly and quarterly forecast cycle.

You will translate results into clear, executive-ready insights for the CFO and founders, build the financial case for new opportunities, and help frame

Qualificações

4+ years of relevant experience in finance and FP&A.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
Strong financial modeling and driver-based models.
Experience with unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort retention.
Startup or high-growth experience; AI tooling fluency.

Responsabilidades

Own the driver-based operating model and forecast cycle.
Run annual budget and long-range planning.
Lead monthly and quarterly forecast and variance analysis.
Translate results into executive insights for CFO and founders.
Frame build/buy/partner decisions and evaluate opportunities.
Support corporate development and due diligence.
