Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop/implement programs
- Act as market expert on client compensation issues
- Conduct market pricing, surveys, and financial modeling
- Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly and concisely
- Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics
- Support client delivery team meetings and maintain client relationships
- Assist with report writing and proposals describing objectives and results
