Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation Consultant to deliver comprehensive consulting services and administer compensation programs for health care and not-for-profit clients. You will analyze job responsibilities, perform market pricing, and develop data-driven recommendations that align with client strategies and governance needs.

The role requires 1–5 years of consulting experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; finance/economics/statistics/accounting or healthcare admin preferred.
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred; strong Excel/Office skills; basic programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting and administer programs.
• Serve as a market expert on compensation issues for clients.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, surveys, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to set appropriate executive levels and titles.
• Prepare reports and assist with proposals; mentor junior staff.
• Participate in client delivery meetings and maintain client relationships.
