SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive compensation consultant to design, price, and administer compensation programs for healthcare and nonprofit clients.

You will provide market insights and coordinate data-driven analyses to align pay with strategy and governance needs. Responsibilities include client collaboration, job evaluations, complex data modeling, and mentoring junior staff.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or healthcare administration).
• 1-5 years progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3-5 years analytical experience: data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide executive compensation consulting and help develop, implement, and administer compensation programs.
• Act as market expert on client compensation issues and benchmarks.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling for executive roles.
• Prepare reports and proposals; mentor junior team members on analytics and data collection.
• Engage in client meetings to understand initiatives and maintain strong relationships.
