SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced advisor in executive compensation consulting. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, performing market pricing, peer analyses, and complex data modeling to guide client decisions.

You will work with healthcare and nonprofit clients, delivering insights and supporting governance, leadership strategy, and regulatory compliance. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; finance/economics/healthcare admin preferred.
• 1–5 years of client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of data analysis, financial modeling, and presentations experience.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills; basic programming is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and manage programs.
• Act as market expert on compensation issues for clients.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and market pricing analyses.
• Perform data analyses, financial modeling, and research projects.
• Advise clients on job matching and title placements across levels.
• Communicate project status and manage client deadlines.
• Assist with report writing and client deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts in data collection and analytics.
• Engage in client delivery team meetings and relationship management.
