SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation professional to deliver comprehensive consulting services for not-for-profit and health care clients. You will analyze roles, perform market pricing, and support executive pay strategies.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, client interactions, and collaboration with a senior team to design competitive compensation programs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration).
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience (data analysis, financial modeling, presentation design).
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling for executive roles.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for executive positions.
• Communicate project status and deliverables to the project manager and clients.
