Figma is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sales to lead a team of Account Executives driving Enterprise growth across North America. You will report directly to the VP of Enterprise and Strategic Sales, NA, and build meaningful relationships with our largest customers while shaping the sales strategy.

This full‑time role is remote within the U.S. with a preferred hub base, offering a competitive base salary, equity, and an annual bonus plan along with the typical benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of technical and competitive landscape.
• Adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
