Figma is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth with a defined set of top-tier Enterprise customers. You will build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers, understand complex business needs, and deliver innovative solutions across Figma’s product suite.

This role can be based from a US hub or fully remote within the United States. You will manage strategic accounts, advance executive-level relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to position

Qualifications

• Experience closing sales with enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs).
• Proven ability to generate and manage a sales pipeline for net new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined list of named strategic accounts to meet sales targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-level decision-makers.
• Align with executives on business challenges to drive enterprise deployments of multiple products.
