Figma is expanding its AMER Solutions Consulting leadership and seeks a manager to guide a high-performing team across enterprise accounts. You will mentor, hire, and shape strategy with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Support to unlock value and drive growth.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, design scalable programs, and coach others while directly contributing in key customer meetings. This role can be based in NY or remote within Eastern US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers
• 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in SaaS roles
• Ability to design and implement strategic programs across teams and coach others

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings with your team
• Mentor, hire, and support career growth
• Define and execute our pre- and post-sales strategy across functions
• Build programs to scale the Solutions Consultants and increase impact
• Monitor team performance and help achieve goals
