Job summary

Nexis Solutions, part of LexisNexis and the RELX family, seeks a Strategic Enterprise Relationship Manager to own and strengthen high-priority enterprise relationships. You will develop trusted executive connections, map stakeholders, and drive adoption and measurable business value through long-term partnerships.

You will orchestrate internal resources, pursue expansion across geographies and lines of business, and lead renewal discussions while protecting revenue and long-term customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex enterprise relationships.
• Proven ability to protect recurring revenue and renewals.
• Experience engaging senior executives and buying committees.
• Experience with account planning and stakeholder mapping.
• Strong consultative relationship-management and value realization.
• Commercial experience with multi-year agreements and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, managing revenue retention and account health.
• Build relationships with senior executives including C-suite leaders and procurement stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans outlining priorities, whitespace, and growth paths.
• Translate customer needs into value from trusted content, data, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead value-based account conversations connecting priorities to measurable outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities across units, geographies, and platforms; coordinate internal teams.
• Monitor competitive threats and articulate Nexis’ differentiated value to protect position.
• Lead renewal and multi-year commercial discussions and pricing.
