Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience owning and growing complex enterprise customer relationships.
• Proven ability to protect recurring revenue and renewals.
• Experience engaging senior executives across business and technology functions.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships beyond renewal administration.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with revenue retention and account health accountability.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives including CIOs/CTOs/CDOs and procurement stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans identifying priorities, whitespace and growth paths.
• Understand customer needs and show how data, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows improve outcomes.
• Lead value-based account conversations linking priorities to measurable outcomes and long-term value.
• Identify expansion opportunities across units, geographies, and platforms in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor competitive threats and articulate Nexis’ differentiated value.
• Lead renewal and multi-year commercial discussions and long-term partnership planning.
