Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in customer success or solutions engineering role.
• Experience with SaaS or enterprise software focused on large accounts.
• Strong SQL skills for debugging and insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical resource for enterprise customers.
• Lead technical onboarding process for new strategic customers.
