Connecteam is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to oversee its largest US Enterprise and Strategic customers in a fully remote capacity. You will champion digital transformation, change management, and value realization across complex organizations.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success with enterprise account experience and the ability to engage with C-level executives. Remote work across multiple time zones is standard, with occasional on-site visits as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or related field.
• Experience managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts (ACV $100K+).
• Ability to engage with and influence senior executives.
