Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer success with Veeva’s Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. You will liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to maximize value and drive strategic roadmaps.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in life sciences content roles, customer-facing consulting, and the ability to travel up to 25%. This role offers a base salary and potential bonuses within a remote-friendly, North America-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within life sciences.
• Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications
• Lead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application owners
• Liaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services’ stakeholders to address customer needs
• Through proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and help create a customer roadmap based on their business goals and needs
• Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learning
