CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive utilization of AlloSure within the nephrology channel. You will work with TAMs, Clinical Liaisons, and SAMs to expand the customer base and meet commercial goals.

The role requires collaboration across internal teams, strategic planning, and strong communication skills with a patient-centric approach. Travel up to 75%+ within your region is expected in the United States.

Qualificações

• Science based bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals.
• Clinical or sales experience in transplant, nephrology, or molecular diagnostics preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Educate nephrology communities on AlloSure testing and related services.
• Identify stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline; report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
