Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within nephrology. You will work with the TAM, Clinical Liaisons, and SAM to grow the customer base and optimize programs for current users and new accounts.

You’ll develop strategic account plans, educate clinicians, manage relationships, and forecast the sales pipeline to meet targets. Travel up to 75% supports field execution and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals.
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; willing to travel up to 75%+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Educate nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx services.
• Identify stakeholders and build lasting relationships; address customer needs.
• Forecast and manage sales pipelines; provide performance insights to leadership.
