Luminare Health is seeking an experienced Client Manager to retain and grow revenue across a portfolio of 12–20 clients. You will partner with sales during client presentations and engage senior executives to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes understanding self-funded/employee benefits, ERISA laws, and strong communication, with up to 25% travel. This telecommute position supports a national remote workforce within the continental US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years TPA/health insurance client management experience, or 9 years without
• Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA and related laws
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to interact with senior level executives
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications and strong organizational skills
• Analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Results oriented and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative partnerships with assigned book of business throughout life cycle
• Collaborate with sales during finalist presentations and may present to potential clients
• Support and service 12–20 clients
• Maintain senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker
• Participate in internal projects that support the client management organization
• Retain and grow the assigned book of business
