Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Client Manager - LHB for a fully remote role within the United States. You will manage 12–20 clients, serve as a trusted advisor, and coordinate across brokers, sales teams, and internal groups to deliver value throughout the client lifecycle.

You will leverage expertise in self-funded health plans and third-party administration to anticipate needs, drive retention, and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in health plans or TPA environments.
• Strong understanding of self-funded health plans and employee benefits.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain consultative partnerships across an assigned portfolio of 12–20 clients.
• Develop and execute account strategies to retain and grow revenue.
• Oversee client relationships from implementation through service delivery, renewals, and expansion.
• Understand client objectives and recommend healthcare benefit programs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and brokers to ensure satisfaction with services.
