Job summary

Lighthouse Document Technologies Inc is seeking a Client Success Manager for a fully remote role based in the United States. The position focuses on onboarding, growing, and retaining enterprise clients by applying Lighthouse solutions and consultative selling.

You will build relationships across client organizations, promote Lighthouse products, and drive value through services and strategic initiatives. A strong background in sales, program management, and analytics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters or JD a plus).
• 5 years of work experience with Sales, Sales Support, or project management experience.
• Proven ability to maintain highly valuable and outcome-based relationships with a diversity of client accounts.
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments and program management.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Ability to influence change with clients.
• Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Ability to deliver detailed, complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create ongoing relationships with clients and use insights to drive product adoption.
• Improve client experience by anticipating needs and performing gap analyses.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing clients through upsell of Lighthouse products.
• Use consultative selling and be the voice for service and product implementation at the enterprise level.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Develop long-range plans to protect, grow, and diversify client relationships.
• Identify root causes of client churn and address dissatisfaction proactively.
• Respond to client issues promptly and adapt to unexpected situations.
• Apply different engagement models from high-touch to low-touch as appropriate.
• Provide client demonstrations and keep them updated on new tools and offerings.
• Guide clients through onboarding and advisory sessions and create training materials.

Education
