Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Client Executive Manager to lead a high-performing sales team focused on new sales and margin growth for global accounts. This is a remote, U.S.-based role with at least 50% time spent conducting sales outside the home office.

The role requires 8+ years in sales, 3+ years in sales management, and strong contract negotiation and strategy skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, MBA preferred. Location-based pay applies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead account planning and identify strategic opportunities to expand relationships within large enterprise accounts, generate new business, and grow revenue.
• Review business and action plans to ensure clear objectives, goals, and ownership.
• Build trusted relationships with key customer leaders across accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners on plans to secure new revenue while growing existing revenue base.
• Maintain account plans and financial forecasts; ensure accurate sales forecasting and targets.
• Oversee campaigns to penetrate accounts and identify new opportunities.
