Cognizant Government Solutions, Inc. is seeking a remote, mid-level strategic capture manager to join the Growth Operations team and lead capture for strategic pursuits across state/local, federal civilian agencies, and the DoD.

You will own the path to win from qualification to award, balancing speed with disciplined strategy. You will work with senior leaders to shape opportunities, coordinate with BD, pricing, and SMEs, and drive rapid decisions on resources and investments while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant capture, BD, or proposal mgmt experience; or ten years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading or supporting formal capture in government contracting, incl. $10M+ pursuits.
• Knowledge of FAR, procurement lifecycles, contract types and vehicles.
• Ability to shape customer requirements and develop win strategies.
• Experience with teaming strategies and partner relationships.
• Strong written/verbal communication to brief executives on tight timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end capture for state/local, federal civilian, and DoD pursuits.
• Develop win strategies, discriminators, and value propositions.
• Shape opportunities before RFPs using RFI responses and white papers.
• Conduct competitive analyses and lead bid/no-bid analyses.
• Collaborate with architects/SMEs to craft compliant solutions.
• Negotiate teaming and manage communications with partners.
• Prepare price-to-win analyses with pricing/finance teams.
