ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the US, with national and global responsibilities. The role emphasizes building new opportunities through security spec writers, OEM partners, and integrators in a remote work setting with up to 60% travel.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales in access control or security, strong Microsoft Office skills, and proven CRM reporting ability.

Qualifications

• Five years outside sales experience or three years with related bachelor’s degree.
• Strong background within access control or security industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to effectively manage the territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Deliver regular product presentations to exchange information and support a solutions-based sales approach.
• Educate and inform A&E and security consultants about LifeSafety Power solutions.
• Reporte activities via CRM and other communication channels.
• Attend local, regional and national trade shows.
• Collaborate with OEM partners, integrators, end-users and contracted representatives.
