ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the US territory along with national and global responsibilities. The role involves working with security spec writers, OEM partners, integrators, and end-users to create new opportunities and advance LifeSafety Power solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years outside sales experience / territory management or three (3) years with related bachelor’s degree.
• Strong ties and existing relationships within the Fed/Gov space are preferred.
• Background in access control or security industries is required.
• Residence within the assigned territory.
• Comfort presenting/selling in person or via webinar.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in the assigned territory and contribute to national/global opportunities.
• Deliver regular product presentations and education to spec writers, integrators, and end-users.
• Develop strategies, forecasts, and pipeline reports in CRM.
• Engage with OEM partners, A&E consultants, and channel partners to generate new opportunities.
• Represent LifeSafety Power solutions with a solutions-based sales approach.
