Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales across wholesale channels in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will own a large territory spanning MD, DE, VA, WV, PA, and NJ, building relationships with builders, distributors, showrooms, and developers.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will focus on growing existing accounts while pursuing new business in both single-family and multifamily markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in construction.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
• Proven experience calling on wholesale distributors, builders, showrooms, and architects.
• P&L management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of premier brands across wholesale channels in the territory.
• Retain and grow established accounts and develop new business.
• Call on builders, developers, distributors, and showrooms to expand market share.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to maximize opportunities and share.
