Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc is seeking a strategic Sales Manager for Battery & Integrators to drive national revenue growth with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America. You will own the commercial and technical interface for PCS solutions in utility-scale energy storage projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into orders.

Qualifications

7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in energy storage or related industries.
Experience selling to battery manufacturers, system integrators, EPCs, developers, utilities, or asset owners.
Strong understanding of utility-scale BESS, including battery technologies, PCS/inverter technologies, and grid interconnection requirements.

Responsibilities

Own North American sales strategy and account plans for priority battery manufacturers and system integrators.
Develop commercial frameworks and contract terms to accelerate PCS adoption.
Coordinate with Legal, Tendering, Procurement, Product Management and Engineering to move opportunities from qualification to order.
Develop repeatable PCS offerings and provide market insights to the North American sales organization.
Translate global capabilities into North American projects and customer opportunities.
