Job summary
Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Partnership Manager for the Battery/Integrator Segment to drive national sales engagement with battery manufacturers and system integrators across North America.
You will own revenue growth and serve as the primary commercial and technical sales interface for Power Conversion Solutions in utility-scale energy storage projects. You will develop account plans, commercial frameworks, and contractual arrangements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and lead technical
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience in energy storage or related industry.
- Experience selling to battery manufacturers, system integrators, EPCs, developers, utilities, or asset owners.
- Understanding of utility-scale BESS, PCS/inverter technologies, and grid interconnection.
- Experience developing commercial agreements, account plans, and sales forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Own the North American sales strategy and account plans for battery manufacturers and integrators.
- Lead technical sales engagement and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Develop framework agreements and scalable commercial structures.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close PCS opportunities with partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
