Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Strategic ACO Contract Manager for a remote position based in the United States. You will lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers, developing strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, and network adequacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, reimbursement structures, financial models, operational impacts, and data analytics.
• Financial acumen with ability to evaluate complex financial arrangements and healthcare quality programs.
• Legal and contractual understanding to interpret and assess complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Keep contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms current with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve disputes.
• Assess provider and network performance to identify cost/quality improvements.
• Support network development and provider recruitment and marketing activities.
• Develop innovative ACO and value-based contracting arrangements.
• Evaluate complex financial arrangements and reimbursement methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
