Arrow Electronics is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to manage strategic customer relationships, maximize margins, and drive value-added solution selling. You will coordinate quote-to-order processes, support back-end quality, and own pricing strategy within an assigned territory.

The role requires deep sales experience, independent work with minimal guidance, and the ability to navigate supply chain programs like e-Compass and CARES.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base.
• Develop sales strategy and manage customer programs like e-Compass, CARES, and ITAD.
• Own the Order to Invoice process and support Quality, POI, and inventory integrity.
• Lead quote-to-order activities, coordinate resources, negotiate pricing, and communicate price changes.
