Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative II to drive growth in the Charlotte/East Tennessee/upstate South Carolina market. You will define markets, develop key relationships, and lead solution selling across a broad portfolio of electronics components and supply chain services.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of field sales experience in electronics, deep market knowledge, and the ability to articulate Arrow’s value-added programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of field sales experience in our industry.
• In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry.
• Knowledge of the assigned market/territory; recent industry experience preferred.
• Ability to promote and sell Arrow's supply chain and full life cycle programs.
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and Arrow offerings.
• Excellent articulation of complex strategies and execution.
• Experience with pricing programs and models in electronics.
• Experience with vendors and customers in technical/engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in the assigned territory and plan strategy.
• Maintain relationships with customer contacts for design opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services.
